I want to backup my BB Curve 9360 and print SMS's to use as EVIDENCE IN A COURT CASE. I down loaded photos and other info via a USB cable, but cannot download SMS's and contacts. I backed up the contents of my phone with BB@desktop software, but the BU info are BBB files and I cannot copy, print or view the BU contents. I searched and tried all file conversion sites linked by BB and others too,, but with no success to open the BBB backup. I found a problem with all or they are a virus threat. All the clever IT people I approached have their own opinions of which none is working. This a tragic and unacceptable situation, whereby a basic service expected from Blackberry looks to be impossible. Please respond to my email without suggesting how stupid we "common" people are. I am a professional engineer and do not have time and patience left anymore after two months of struggling to sort out this ridiculous problem. Can you.
