I bought a V7 Fluffy vacuum cleaner about two weeks ago. I charged it overnight for at least7 hours for the very first time, but when I used it, it lasted no more than ten min. I thought the first time charge of battery was insufficient and charged it again for more than eight hours overnight. However when I tried to use it, it didn't even last more than five min and battery went flat again. I am contactable at 91131880.

My Dyson vacuum cleaner is about two years old as I bought it from Robinsons Store in Singapore. I use the vacuum cleaner only once a week to clean my two bedroom apartment. I have all the attachments having spent S$1000, but use only the handheld vacuum cleaner. Two weeks ago it died on me. I do not know why. I've tried calling your service centre and had to hold for 15 minutes, but still did not get through "All our agents are busy, please hold". Most frustrating How do I get my vacuum cleaner working again? Do I have to send it to the service centre? Would your agent collect it from my house?

I have a dyson 62--about one year old. Was vacuuming a new rug and the machine started pulsing on and off. Problem was that wads of new rug material were stuck in the intake---cleared out the blockage and tried to continue--blockage ocurred again--pulsing on and off again--finally machine just stopped. I assumed that the fuse had shut down machine and that all i had to do was let it cool and it would be ok. Tried to start the machine about six hours later---no start, but get a flashing blue light from the battery pack. There is no obvious way to reset the fuse. Please advise how to proceed. Thank you.

Hello, i bought my dyson dc34 at metro department store in jakarta, Indonesia. Before it is used for a year, i am encountering difficulty in charging. I contacted dyson in jakarta and they tried repairing it but when it came back the vacuum is still not in working order. Can i bring it in to Singapore service centre for repair? Thanks.
