This is to inform you that i am using Fujitus laptop,, but nowdays when i puton my laptop the display screen is blank with white shade why like this?

Good day, I bought a fujitsu lifebook ah552 in lulu last 27th of October. I tried to open it for the first time following the manual. All is good except for the battery which is not charging. I tried to go to Lulu Hypermarket, where i bought this laptop, but according to their manager i should go to your service center. But there is no warranty already for this laptop. I hope you can help me fix the problem. Thank you so much.

Dear fujitsu service center in riyadh, My laptop is problem, in my laptop the vga cable is some issues. I am going to computer market but i cannot fine the vga cable can you please replay the vga cable in my laptop.
