We have purchase Krups coffee machine last two month ago,, but now we try a lot, but it is not working, it is showing CALC light continue. Kindly send help us to resolve issue, also let us know how to replace the machine or do service, because it is under warranty.

I have Krups bean to cup coffee machine - Krups Espresseria automatic. The grinder spins, but unable to admit any beans. The cleaning light came on today and locked out the machine completely Pls indicated procedure for service. And estimate cost for assessment. And repair. Tks. Daniel.

I would like to complain about your product. The Krups Espresso Maker XP-562010. I had bought the first one, it lasted about2 years. When it stopped working, I bought another one only about one year ago. It just started leaking water when you turn on the machine. I have tried calling your so-called customer care number, 65508919, the last two working days,, but it is always engaged. Maybe it has been placed off the hook intentionally to not have to serve the customers. I am trying to find out whether it is worth fixing. I am trying not to have to go all the way to the Jalan Pemimpin, onlt to find out it is not worth paying to have it fixed. Could I have some customer service please. A very disappointing experience.

The heating element is not working - coffee is cold when it comes out. Please advise on how i can get this repaired as well as the costs involved. Also, is there any trade-ins or promotions available for a top-up. Appreciate an early reply. Thank you.

I have the xp52 serie krups coffee maker. It has stopped working as the water leaks from the whole top. Seems like there is a blockage of some sort. Can i get it repaired? i already have cleaned the filter and done all the necessary.
