Over three months ago, i called the service center to order a new electrical brush for my vacuum cleaner. The gentleman whom i spoke to, said he would call me back because he was busy, but he never did. I called again and this time he told me that there was one brush in stock in Abu Dhabi but that he would have to confirm that. Otherwise he needed to order one from Korea and he told me it would take over a month. That was the last i heard of him and i am still waiting to see if i will get a new brush or not. Today, the operations button keeps on blinking and there is a clicking sound on top which is simultaneous with the blinking of the LED lights of the button. This is the first time that I bought an LG mobile, LG Optimus and I cant find any place here in Dubai to buy mobile accessories like screen protector and silicon/leather case.I called your Customer service line and I was told to call the Service Center in Deira. But when I called the service center the lady told me to call the customer service line! It was a simple question and nobody can help me! Why do you sell mobile phones if you do not offer accessories too? this is so frustating.People should not buy your mobile products anymore.I will post this in all networking sites!
