I just want to say how happy I am with the Levelor repair service center. They were great to work with. I called and spoke with Annie and while she was trying to put in the repair order to have my blind repaired there was a computer glitch on her end so, she apologized to me and said that she would have the repair done for free because of the inconvenience. She said that once they received it that it would take 4-6 weeks to be repaired, but they had it back to me within two 1/2 weeks. Imagine my surprise when I came home and found the big box on my porch The blind works perfectly now. Such a wonderful company to work with. The best customer service I have ever had. Our blind's mechanism on the middle cording on the shade broke which makes rising the cordless cellular shade impossible. We purchased this shade in may 2008 at jc penney co in good year az. Our paperwork indicates the mechanism is guaranteed for ten years.
