On the sixteenth of May 2013 I flew by Lion air with my wife from Balikpapan to surabaya by flight no JT 690.I brought only two baggages. when landing in Surabaya,I waited in the baggage room but I just got one baggage, an other baggage lost. I reported to the person in charge (Mr.Teguh) and checked about one hour but he couldn't get it and asked me to wait in Surabaya 1x24 ours. the next day I tried to contact Mr Teguh but got no response. Two days after I tried again but had the same answer and he said that he had already reported to Jakarta office and asked me to wait for about 2 weeks

Today is the 19th of June. I haven't got any information from Lion Air. I have been waiting for more than three weeks but still no information. Several times I flew by Lion Air but it was the first time I had I nightmare flight with this big company Lion Air. I still trust Lion Air and hope to get good information from Lion Air Customer Service. I am the only son of Mr.Lamuri and Mrs.Rosly. Thank you.
