Hi Today bought one Osim leg massage machine from Queensbay outlet. When opened box at home, it was shocked that short of one "cover bag". Ops, i am so trust of your product, but this really disappointed me now. And now still nego with your sales person how to solve this. We thought of this machine could help my father immediately after he discharged from hospital today, seems we are wrong.
