Osim Service Centre Singapore

I was at the West Mall at the first floor where there is a Osim product display on 27 November 2017 @ 9. 1pm. I approach a lady wearing spectacle, I ask her about the massaging neck, so she bring over the massage neck for me, so a ask her wether I can try on it, she ask me to pay for it then she will test on me, what kind of service is it? What you Osim mean is that I need to pay for the product then I can try for it? I went to all other shop like OTO or Ogawa, they also let me try on all the products I want, terrible service your Osim have. I would not want to buy any of your products any more and I also will not recommend to my friends to purchase.

Very disappointment with the leather quality and the after sales service from Osim. Have put in a request for the re-upholstering of the massage chair since last Feb 2016 and was told shipment expected in May/June 2016. When called to follow up, was told shipment delayed and will advise. To-date, have not heard from Osim at all. Calling the service center is unpleasant as constantly put on hold even when my call is number one in the queue. Have been purchasing Osim products for the last many years and very disaappointed with the service level.

I am very disappointed with my new OSIM U-Mist. After using it twice, there is no blue light on the control panel, no action when the power was switched on. I am still waiting for a reply from Osim.

I bought one OSIM product, after one year, it's broken and I paid to upgrade. Again after one year it's burnt out. I paid for repair and after one year. Guess what happened? It's bunt out again and I called their customer service to complain, they suggest me to dispose the machine. This is so called "The most valuable Singapore brand" ? Things happened in Singapore and the Singapore staff kept pushing Taiwan outlet to reply me. I told them product was purchased, broken, burnt and burnt again in Singapore, it seems they just pretend nothing happened. Never get back to me.
