Hi,
I was not home at the time of receipt of the order. And before delivery parcel you do not send me message. Driver left me a paper,, Sorry I missed you when I came to deliver one parcel. On paper box is checked first: I have left your parcels in safe location as requested by the sender. On what safety spot? In our building we live in is five more families. Anyone could have taken it. How can you afford such a thing? I ordered a mattress for the price of 140 pounds and its lost or stolen
Now I checked my reference number / 30380487/ online and I read this:
Parcel delivered at a neighbor, House Number 7, 28th Mar 2015 14:36
For God's sake, I live under house number 13, what I have with the house number seven ???? Not even asked for a name of the taker?
Besides me living here for five families. Who is 7th? I ask every neighbors Nobody saw my package. Who will pay my harm?

My two parcels were rearranged to come yesterday, but are still at the depot, there is problems with the phone number you have, I had to go online to get. My parcels are jd0002253061208674 and jd0002215619615765, my phone number is 07814951058 I have arranged for the parcels to come today,, but I wont hold my breath, terrible service.

December 16th
I am awaiting these packages: JD0002223510551585, JD0002223510579891 and JD0002223510578389
Website tracking system says someone called and left a card as I wasn't in - ditto last night. Was definitely in and got no card. I've been looking out and waiting all day. Cannot stay in all day tomorrow again and have the same thing happen for a third time. one of the items was ordered on the 2nd December. and has been at Aberdeen depot since 9th Can somebody ring/email to let me know within a reasonable window when I can expect delivery. Cannot post mobile number on public forum,, but supplied my details with original order to GAP. Thanks

PS The contact numbers for Aberdeen depot are 'not recognized' - tried them numerous times. PPS Found another page for arranging collection, but cannot bring card as did not get one. Husband Mark Graham will collect.

This evening I received an email stating that a Yodel delivery person attempted to deliver a parcel to me today. It says as I was out they left a card at 08. 58 15th December. I can assure you one, I was not out
and two, NO card was left. I am extremely annoyed.
