On Dec 27, 2014 I bought the device from Eureka, Salmiya, Kuwait. Since them It was in your service for thee different occasions. First to replace battery, second to replace the entire Motherboard and finally to replace the keyboard. It is only the screen is of the device original parts. I no longer like this device and I am asking for replacement (It is saver for you to replace ). I am not enjoying using Guarantee period, but I want to use the device itself not the guarantee. Touch pad is not working,
Music touch is also not working,
