Please replace the french portion of the voice message that plays when I first call in, it has a horrible echo, is too high pitch and I assume is designed to get people to hang up the phone. The hold music is also about 15 decibels above what is healthy for the human ear, please remedy this situation.

You comment about correct spelling and grammar. Interesting, since you are sorely lacking in English language ability. In the first four words, i see Asus is a information tech. Since information begins with a vowel, 'i', it should be preceded by 'an' information. Rather than the incorrect 'a' you use. How are we expected to be confident about a fly-by-night tech company that cannot use basic English correctly [there are many other errors in your text]. I see the comments of several unsatisfied customers below; at least you are honest enough to show the extent of your service. I am complaining vociferously because i have been looking for an answer to a simple issue, have tried a few 'Asus' service companies that are most definitely not valid servers, and the quality of your English statements is poor. Can i trust your service if i cannot depend on your basic language skills? not a chance.

My laptop fell from my bed, a bunk bed. It was working fine when it was on but it later went off. When i tried to put it on again, the laptop said preparing automatic repair. It has been saying that ever since. Can it be repaired? Its also asking for an installation media.

Asus markham sends me refurbish motherboards that have problems And every time charge me for replacement. They charge me $120 +tax total $135 every time because they always claim they find bent pins on the motherboard.

Hi, Can you please tell me how i can buy an asus all-in-one computer (et2322 series) configured to my requirements? best buy and future shop do not carry them, and staples and canada computers only sell one specific model. I can go online and custom-build a dell computer. Same with apple computers. Does asus have a similar system which will provide potential customers with the computer of their choice? Thank you.
