I was shocked the other day, to find that when I went to the Canon Centre in Al Rai, that I was told that they cannot repair any cameras bought outside of the Middle East. I have a Canon 7D, the flap from the flash is not lifting up. The camera is working fine otherwise. Surely the cameras are the same the world wide? I was told the tools needed are 'different' for those bought outside of the Middle East. This doesn't make sense to me. It sounded like a lame excuse. It means that you do not provide a real service. If you do provide a real service, please contact me.

I have canon camera EOS 1100D with two types of lances. When i am using 18 to 75 after taking few shots auto focusing of lens is stopped. It is not happened in big size of lens. This camera purchased from Dubai. I want to rectify the problem. For this i what to do.
