Aeries OCSA

Aeries OCSA (Orange County School of the Arts) is a Student Information System meant for students and parents. The system is easy to access via a computer web browser. Aeries system is a student data management system for K-12 schools. The system allows access to student information, school calendar, academic activities and schedules. Aeries OCSA also helps to communicate with teachers. Student enrollment service is also being supported by the system.

The Aeries Student Information System (AERIES) has the following features for students and parents:

Class Schedules and Grades

Aeries OCSA portal is used by parents to access student grades from home. Students can check daily classroom schedules.

Missing Assignments

The information system provides all details regarding missing assignments and class work. Attendance can also be tracked by using the student information system.

Completion of High School Proficiencies

Aeries system can be used by parents to check the status of completion of high school proficiencies.

Progress Reports and Unofficial Transcripts

Parents and students can check the progress reports and exam reports. Unofficial transcripts can also be shared via the student information system.

Track Attendance and Activities

The Aeries system empowers parents and gradians to keep track of school attendance and check academic activities calendar.

Aeries Portal OCSA

The Aeries Student and Parent Portal is an online platform used by schools. The portal offers access to live student records including attendance, assignments and final grades. The portal is also used by parents to complete the annual registration process of students online.

Aeries OCSA Login

1. Go to the Aeries login page i.e. (https://familysis.ocsarts.net/LoginParent.aspx)
2. Enter a registered email address and click on "Next"
3. Follow the prompts to login into account
4. After successful login navigate through the online resources
5. Click on "Forgot Password?" link to reset the password
