CPS Registration- How to Register?


Consumers need to register for creating a login profile. Follow below steps to enroll for login account.
  1. Visit the Login portal of CPS Energy
  2. Under login section click on "enroll my account"
  3. Complete a registration form with personal details and contact information
  4. Enter account number and service address
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to enroll for login account

  3. Navigate to "Make online Payment"

Pay in Person

Both residential and commercial customers can visit the customer service centers in nearby locations to pay bills in person. The service centers remain open Monday to Friday, 7:45:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays, Saturday & Sunday closed.

Pay by Mail

Consumers can send payments including bills at the registered mailing address i.e. "CPS Energy

CPS Energy One Time Payment

The CPS Energy One Time payment is an online payment method that empowers a consumer to pay bills via bank accounts. Visit the One Time Payment portal and enter required details to make payments. Consumers need to provide "contract account number and either zip code or phone number" to use the One Time Payment option.
