The respond time of the chime to any email query is usually within 24 hours.

Chime Forgot Email

Chime needs both an email address as well a password to log in. If the customer has forgotten the email, they will need to provide the phone number that they have used to sign up for the account. If in case they forgot the password, that time customers have to provide both the email address used for the sign-up and the last 4 digits of the Social Security number.

How Do I Add Email to Chime?

For adding the additional email address for receiving Chime’s new alert, follow the steps below:
  • Log into the Chime CRM account.
  • The second step is to go to Settings tap on User then click on Preferences there will be My Preferences
  • Find out the option for Additional emails after that click on Add an Email
  • Type in the additional email, upon confirmation the user have successfully added an additional email.
  • If the user wants to add more email addresses, repeat the same process.

Remove an Email Address from This List

To remove an email address from the list follow the step:
  • Position the cursor at the end of the email address that needs to be deleted
  • Click the "X" to delete
  • A popup confirmation window will appear click Yes

How to Reset the Password?

  • Go to Reset password
  • Input the email address and the last 4 digits of social security to confirm the identity. If in case the customer dont remember the email address, tap on Forgot email
  • The customer will receive a verification code through text on the phone number saved on Chime account. Enter the code
  • Check the email for a password reset link. Select the Reset Password in the email and set a new password
  • The user will receive a confirmation that the password has been reset. Login with the new password.

Integrate Your Gmail Account with Chime

To integrate the Gmail account with Chime follow the steps mentioned below
  • On the chime account Go to Settings then tap on Integrations displayed on the left side after that click on Gmail and Connect
  • The user will be taken rected to the Gmail Sign-in page. Choose the Gmail account to integrate with the Chime.
  • Tap on Allow to allow Chime access to the Gmail account.
Disconnecting Gmail: If for any reason the user like to disconnect Gmail with Chime tap on Settings which will open a Integrations option on left side after that Gmail and click on Disconnect

How Do I Email a Chime Dispute?

If the customer like to file the transaction dispute over email, the customer can contact mail Chime at the important points to add are as follows
  • Add the date as well as the amount of the transaction
  • name and address of the merchant
  • Reason for requesting the chargeback.
