Disa Webmail Login
The user can access DOD Mobile Webmail by following the link "https://web-mech01.mail.mil/owa". The user needs a CAC (Common Access Card) to access or login in the DISA webmail. If in case, the user is prompted to choose a certificate, then please make sure to pick up the certificate with the "DOD EMAIL" in the name list.
How Do I Access Disa Webmail Owa?
Access webmail (OWA) by going to "outlook.office365.com". Then the user needs to use the UPN (full email address) as the specified username with the network password to log in. The important point to note is that Using the domain or the username will not allow to the log in to Exchange Online.

How Do I Access My Military Email from Home Without a CAC?
If the user is unable to CAC log in for viewing military records, in that case please use the following steps mentioned below to view the military documents:

1. The first step is to visit the "www.hrc.army.mil"
2. After visiting the site then Click on ‘My Records’.
3. Notice the AKO Login box, enter the AKO password and username, after that click on Login
4. In this step Click on the Reserve "Record".
5. In the last step Click on Documents. The user will be able to check the documents that they are trying to locate.
