EmployeeConnect Northshore is a special platform for connecting NorthShore University HealthSystem employees to HR services. The EmployeeConnect provides access to confidential, personalized, relevant Human resources information. Employees can view HR information, update personal and payroll information. The system also allows to apply and search for internal transfers.

Northshore Employee Benefits

Steps to Login for Northshore Employee Connect

  1. Go to the official web portal at "https://www.northshore.org/".
  2. Navigate to "NorthShoreConnect" present on the homepage.
  3. Enter "Username and Password" in relevant section.
  4. Click on "Sign In" to access the account.
  5. New users may click on "Register Now" under new user section.
