What are the Payment Posting Time Frames?

Over-the-Phone: 48-72 hours
Electronic checks: Check free payments, minimum 2-3 days
Mail-in checks: Personal checks or bill pay, minimum 10 days.

How Do I Enroll in Paperless Billing?

• Login into online account
• Select the "manage account" located on the left side of the screen
• Verify the email address on the first section of the screen
• In the center section of Email Alerts tap the box "Sign Up for Paperless Billing Today"
• Please make sure to read and agree on terms and conditions
• Click Submit Button

Are There any Fees Involved with Paying My Bill Late?

If Bill is paid after the due date mentioned on the bill, the customer will be charged a late fee. If in case a customer is issued a delinquent letter due to delinquency, the customer is subject to a delinquent letter fee. For the delinquent tag, there will be a delinquent tag fee. If the customer's connection is turned off for nonpayment, the customer will be subject to a reconnection fee and an additional deposit.
