- Go to the JCPenney Associate portal i.e. (http://jcpassociates.com/)
- Select "Associate KIOSK @ Home" on the homepage
- Enter the 9-digit employee ID and the password.
- After successful login navigate to "JTime Launchpad" or "My JTime"
- Click on "My JTime" to check the current week work schedule

- visit http://jcpassociates.com/
- Click on "Associate KIOSK @ HOME" and then select "Forgot password/Rest Password"
- Verify account by entering 9-digit employee ID
- Answer the Security questions and accept to terms
- Click on "continue" and enter the new password the retype the password correctly
- Click "Submit" to reset the password
