MyDirectCare, also known as Consumer Direct Care Network, is a web-based service designed for eligible older adults and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The platform assists those who self-direct their in-home care needs. MyDirectCare aims to support older and disabled individuals in successfully living within their family or community.

Registration Process for MyDirectCare

Follow these steps to register for the Consumer Direct Care Network:

1. Visit the MyDirectCare portal at (https://mydirectcare.com/).
2. Locate and click on "User Registration".
3. Choose your position under "Register As" on the registration page.
4. Select your State and enter a valid zip code.
5. Check the Checkbox and proceed by clicking "Continue".
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the registration process.

1. Go to the Mydirectcare web portal at "https://mydirectcare.com/".
2. Enter "Login name and password" then click Login.
3. First time user may click on "User Registration".
4. Follow the prompts to create a Login ID.
