MyDirectCare

MyDirectCare or Consumer Direct Care Network is a web-based service for eligible older adults and persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The platform provides help to individuals who self-direct their in-home care. The aim of MyDirectCare is to help older and disable person to live successfully with family or community.

Register for MyDirectCare

Follow the below steps to register for Consumer Direct Care Network.

1. Go to the MyDirectCare portal i.e. (https://mydirectcare.com/).
2. Navigate to "User Registration".
3. On registration page choose position under "Register As".
4. Select a State and enter a valid zip code.
5. Check the Checkbox and click on "Continue".
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the registration process.

Steps to Login

1. Go to the Mydirectcare web portal at "https://mydirectcare.com/".
2. Enter "Login name and password" then click Login.
3. First time user may click on "User Registration".
4. Follow the prompts to create a Login ID.
