2. Navigate to "Support" option on the homepage.
3. Click on "Service centers & Repair" under support option.
4. Navigate to "Request Service" on repair page.
5. Complete and submit a "Tool Repair Request Form".
6. Click "Continue" to file the warranty claims.

2. Fill out contact information completely.
3. Fill out product model number

RIDGID Warranty Registration

RIDGID offers warranty benefits for registered products only. Products can be registered online at the RIDGID registration center.

Steps for RIDGID Warranty Registration

1. Go to the RIDGID Registration portal i.e. (https://register.ridgidpower.com/)
2. Navigate to "Sign In" section.
3. Enter Login details for Sign In.
4. First time user may click on "Don't have an account? SIGN UP".
5. After Login Select "register tools here".
6. Enter product "model number or serial number".
7. Click "Submit" to complete the registration process.

Note: After successful registration a consumer will receive email at the registered email address.

RIDGID Warranty Without Registration

RIDGID consumers have 90 Days from Date of Purchase to register tools for warranty services. After 90 days period only registered tools are eligible for warranty services.

What is Covered Under RIDGID Warranty?

All products are covered under manufactural warranty that covers eligible damages. Tools are eligible for free repair and replacement for defects in materials and workmanship. Damages caused by manufacturing defects are also covered.

What is Not Covered Under RIDGID Warranty?

Damages caused by modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance are not covered. Defects caused by abuse, misuse, poor maintenance, or failure to maintain are also not covered under the warranty benefits.
