How can I Activate My Service Card?

Simply visit serve.com/getpaid/activate or call Customer Service at 1-800-954-0559. Be sure to activate the card to unlock all the features as well as the benefits of the account.

How Do I Check My Serve Card Balance?

The customer can check the Serve card available balance or transaction history anytime with these options:
  • Log in to the account online or through the Serve Mobile App* and select main account
  • Text "BAL" to 73783 for Available Balance if enrolled in text alert notifications

Can I Transfer My Serve Card to My Bank Account?

The user can easily transfer money to a linked checking or savings account, but not to a debit card. Log into the Serve Account. Go to "Money Out" then select "Transfer to Bank". If already have a linked bank account, the bank name will be displayed automatically.

Unlock My Serve Card?

  • LOG IN to the Serve account and choose the card that the user like to manage
  • In the main navigation, tap "Services"
  • Click on the "Lock or Unlock Card" option and change card status with a click

Serve Card - Lost, Stolen, or Not Received

If the customer has not received the Serve card, usually it can take 7 to 10 business days after choosing to have a refund deposited on the card for the card to arrive in the mail. If still have not received the Card, or if Card has been lost, stolen, or damaged that time log in to the Serve account and request a replacement card. If the customer has simply misplaced the card, in such a situation log in to Account and Freeze card. This will stop transactions, such as automatic or recurring payments made from the Serve Account.
