UIUC Self Service Audit

UIUC (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) Self Service Audit is a platform through which students can review the process of degree audit. Students can check present and past audit degrees through the following steps:
  • Login/Sign Up: Students can make login or sign up the Self-Service account by using NetID and password
  • Audit Request Page: After making login students can view the past audit degrees if any. If there is no past degree audit running, then welcome page will appear on the screen. Students can select "Request Audit" in order to run an audit or click on the option of "Audits" and send then go for the "Request New" and get the options for running new audit requests that include "Run Declared Programs" and "Select a Different Program". Once students send completed audit requests then they can review degree audits.   • Planned Courses: Through UIUC Self Service Audit portal registered students can add a planned course. To add a course, click on the option of "Courses" and then choose the option of "Planned" > "Add Planned Course". A short form will appear on the screen, fill all mandatory steps of the form and submit
  • Log Out: Log out the account after each visit and close all browsers in order to protect all personal information from misuse

UIUC Self Service Registration

To get access to course registration online students should use UIUC Self Service portal. Through the self-service account students can avail support for course registration, drop classes, review billing and payment statements. To register for a course, follow the mentioned steps:
  • Login & Prepare for Registration: Students can login the self-service account and click on the option of "Registration & Records" > "Enhanced Registration" > "Prepare for Registration". After that, students can check the Time Ticket by clicking on "Registration Eligibility". Students should not have any hold like transcript or financial that might affect the registration. After clearing the holds, students can complete the online registration by selecting the Term > entering CRN (Course Registration Number) > "Add to Summary" > Submit the form.
