The mail delivery can be stopped up to 30 days. The request time to hold a mail starts at the start date by 3:00 a.m. ET (2:00 a.m. CT or 12:00 a.m. PT) on the requested day.

• Navigate and click on "Sign In/Register"
• Create an account by following the on-screen prompts
• Login with valid login credentials
• After successful login navigate to "Quick tools"
• Click on "Hold Mail"
• Follow the prompts to submit Hold mail request
• The requests submitted before 2:00 a.m. Central Time begins on the same Postal business day
• The requests submitted after 2:00 a.m. Central Time begins on the next Postal business day
