Order Delivered but Not Received

For Order Delivered but not Received customer needs to fill out the Claim Form on https://lostorderclaim.myitworks.com/. Complete the form for all orders that meet the following:

• The order was sent to a U.S. address
• The tracking information for the order was delivered but has not been received
• The customer has contacted FedEx and asked them to investigate the lost order

Payment Policy

It Works doesn't accept partial payments instead all orders must be paid in full. Payment methods included Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Applicable Sales Tax will be charged at the rate that is required by the US state where the customer resides. Sales Tax will be applied once the shipping details are confirmed and proceed to checkout.
