I bought a laptop from jarir book store saudi arabia and travelled to India. My laptop falled down accidentally from my hand and there is minor damages on display. Warranty is one month remaining. Can i get warranty services if the laptop is sent to saudi arabia? please reply.

I have purchased an HP G3110 Scanjet from Dossary Tower. Going home I noticed that the buttons (on the cover) are not working at all. Even though I have installed the software several times and the cable is well connected. I even uninstalled and installed (with connecting at the beginning the scanner), but still the buttons are not working. However, everything works well from the screen of my Laptop. It works well. The problem is only with the buttons.

I bring my hp tablet slate seven at Al-Raqaba security authorized hp service center near Olaya computer market beside DHL, the problem of my tablet was cannot charged, the technician told me they change the charging port and the charging IC and they call me to get my HP tablet, then I paid 235 riyal. After that i never used my hp tablet for five days i just keep it on my bag and when i charge my hp tablet the same problem comes out, cannot charge. I returned my hp tablet to the service center and they told me that they will just call me, but until now they did not call me, its more than a month already since i brought back my hp tablet in that service center. I call the service center seven times and they do not have any answer of my tablet and they just said they will just call me. I want to get my tablet and the money that i paid, is it possible.
