To Chat Pod: Paper will NOT feed on the right side (BLOCKED) and jams constantly. Nothing evident in paper path (input or print/output) despite thorough searches. Referencing website, Steps 1-4 ineffective so I need to request the paper pick roller cleaning kit CN551-67073 THEN obtain the disassembly instructions (to manually clean the rollers) or obtain service - MY31E810KS - Purchased from Beach Camera May 12, 2013 - Product Number: CN550a (OfficeJet 150 (L551A)). Conclusion: Hardware problem had to be forwarded to support for direct (phone) contact. Service "contact": This email is in reference to the case id: 3035340928. We would like to inform you that since the printer is brought outside new Zealand and since hardware issue is there in the printer the only option that is available is to PURCHASE A NEW PRINTER from New Zealand. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! HP NOT INTERESTED IN REPAIRING out-of-warranty printer with broken cog (found after "contact"). Please call (09) 416-6565.

I have used my laptop of hp company for about five years. Its screen is broken so i cannot see properly. I think it needs a new screen. How much money would it cost? would you recommend to buy a new laptop or just fix it?(if i need to get a new screen to fix it. )
