I've bought a HP laptop in November 2016, 13 months later it crashed and is not working. HP did not gave me any options to repair or replace the item

Is there anywhere i can go to with my problem? Its already taking me months to work it out now.

I have an HP 2540 that is strictly home use. The paper will not feed through all the way. We have checked everything we can see and found no paper pieces stuck in the roller. It advances just part way then jams. Any suggestions you have to help us fix this would be greatly appreciated. If you work on personal printers and we need to bring it in, please advise if we need an appointment or if we can just come by. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
