I would like to complain about your product. The Krups Espresso Maker XP-562010. I had bought the first one, it lasted about2 years. When it stopped working, I bought another one only about one year ago. It just started leaking water when you turn on the machine. I have tried calling your so-called customer care number, 65508919, the last two working days,, but it is always engaged. Maybe it has been placed off the hook intentionally to not have to serve the customers. I am trying to find out whether it is worth fixing. I am trying not to have to go all the way to the Jalan Pemimpin, onlt to find out it is not worth paying to have it fixed. Could I have some customer service please. A very disappointing experience.

I have the xp52 serie krups coffee maker. It has stopped working as the water leaks from the whole top. Seems like there is a blockage of some sort. Can i get it repaired? i already have cleaned the filter and done all the necessary.
