The Stop/ Pause switch is functioning as such the machine is not starting the wash cycle. Please look in it and provide your services for taking care of reported problem with machine at the earliest. Hi there, I have an LG 43UJ670V 43 inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2017 Model). My LG magic remote is not functioning. None of the keys are operational. Upon pressing any key, or moving the cursor, the setup option appears and it keeps on coming again and again. Even when the TV is off, still magic remote power button light still remains red. It has been four days now and this is my four complaint. No one is responding. FYI: I bought this TV from excite Fahaheel in February 2018. My contact number is 55861234.

Hi there, I have an LG 43UJ670V 43 inch 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart LED TV (2017 Model) which I have bought from Excite Fahaheel in February 2018. My LG magic remote power button stays on RED. The setup automatically runs again and again on TV screen. And remote is not properly functioning. None of the keys are operational. Even when my TV is off, magic remote power light still stays RED. I have a LG F/L Washing machine (F1480FD2) which is purchased on 02/12/2012. Recently machine had some problem upon telecon your service department registered my complaint for a technician visit. Your technician visited on 12th September 2018 and informed that motor has got complaint. As this machine is under a ten years motor warranty period, technician informed that he has given all the information to their department and the company will contact us regarding replacement of spare parts. Very sorry to tell you that neither we have received any call from your esteemed company nor all my effort to contact you in your number 24310054 got failed and received only busy status on the other end.
