I contacted your consumer care on October 8th and was given Repair Number 1011439059 to reference in all correspondence with the email chain so you could see all previous replys. The blinds were shipped to you on Oct. 13th. I have now sent five emails requesting the status or these warranty repairs and have not received ANY response back. Please have someone at customer care respond back to me and let me know the status of these repairs and the maintenance issues I listed in my correspondence. My original correspondence was to Skerah with not reply after my first email. Don Briscoe.
