TThe red light indicator appears after 20 minutes and then is not working. As in Sri Lanka no agents for Elekta. I asked to technician for AC repair. He says motor over heated and asking for catalog. Only operating Instruction I have. Checked online for trouble shoot manual, but not found. Can you please advice me how to repair? If any agent in Sri Lanka give me the contact details. I bought a grill at Al-Othaim market, Othman ibn Afan branch. I used it twice and it was good. When i tried to use it again, i failed. No electricity can be transferred to it and the lamp never lights. I took the grill back to Othaim but the staff there told me that there was no agent for Elekta and i have to look for their agents myself. I found their phone and tried more than once to call them, but with no answer. I got frustrated and decided not to buy any thing belong to this company.
