Mitsubishi Pajero 2007 3. eight GLS. The fan belt has started making a noise which gradually got worse (much worse today). To me it looks like the tensioner has seized up completely. This means I cannot drive the car very far as the fan belt will probably break or come off the tensioner. I can spray it with WD40 to stop the noise and travel to the repair centre. So I probably need a new tensioner and a new fan belt. I also think I might need new brake pads. Not sure about the shock absobers. I also need a new MVPI so the car needs a good checkover for this. The oil service was done 1500 kms ago.
