Complimentary services are provided by OTIS to customers as part of a specialized Signature Service Program. These services encompass a 60-month contract for repairs and servicing, entitling customers to three months of service at no charge. Included in these complimentary services are significant upgrades aimed at extending the operational life of the OTIS microprocessor. Additionally, free site inspections are made available to signature service holders for a duration of three months. These inspections comprise evaluations of elevators, machine functionality assessments, and updates to the processor.
