Dental Plan
The benefits service center grants access to dental plans encompassing routine dental checkups, services, and benefits. Dental health benefits are provided through a network of 87,000 dental providers.
Vision Plan
AIG employees have access to vision health benefits, including eye exams, contacts, frames, and lenses.
Employee Life Insurance
The benefit center offers access to various life insurance plans, such as employee supplemental Life Insurance, dependent life insurance, and coverage for spouses/domestic partners.
Personal Accident Insurance
Short-term disability coverage plans are extended to employees and their dependents.
Long-Term Disability Coverage (LTD)
Employee-paid coverage amounts to 60% of monthly income, with benefits varying accordingly.
