Substitute Application Process

Prospective candidates are afforded the opportunity to apply for the position of substitute teacher through the portal of the "Arlington Independent School District." This involves the creation of an account and the submission of an online application. Additional assistance may be sought by contacting subservices@aisd.net.

STEDI Training

Online staff development training, encompassing modules such as Classroom Management, Teaching Strategies, Being Prepared and Professional, Special Education, etc., is provided free of charge for a duration of 8 to 10 hours. Substitutes who are hired are required to successfully complete this training within 60 days from the date of their hiring.

How to Login Employee Service Center

Login for Current Employees

Should current employees encounter a forgotten password, they can rectify this issue by visiting aisd.us001-rapididentity.com. The password reset process involves responding to security questions. Additionally, the employee is required to input a four-digit security code sent to their designated phone number to successfully complete the login process.

Former Employee Login

It is imperative to acknowledge that former employees are unable to log in using the "TEAMS login" post-employment cessation due to the updating of all details. In such instances, former employees must establish a new username and password, utilizing their personal email address as the User ID.

Forgotten Username or Password

In scenarios where former employees forget their username or password, the recommended course of action is to click on Forgot User ID, as opposed to opting for forgot password or username, to proceed with the login process.
