Foster Care
Support for animal foster care services can be obtained by calling the department at
(870) 732-7599 Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Adoption Process
To initiate the adoption process, individuals need to visit the
Online Application Center to submit an adoption application for their preferred animal, such as a
Cat or Dog. The application is typically reviewed and approved within 72 hours.
Foster Care
Individuals interested in foster care services must be above the
Age Of 21 to be eligible to apply. To apply, individuals should submit the
Online Foster Care Form with details such as email, home address, phone number, city, and more.
Donations
Contributions, including
Cash and items like kennels, blankets, dog/cat food (dry and canned), puppy pads, dog/cat treats, bones/rawhides, and more, are welcomed by the center.
Dog/Cat Application
Separate applications for adopting dogs or cats can be submitted by clicking on the Dog or Cat application format on the top of the website.
