The delivery of recreational and community welfare services is committed to by the Arcadia community service center. Various programs and services are operated by the service center for the enhancement of community members' quality of life.

Special Events

Various activities and events are organized by the community service center on special occasions. Recreational festivals, musical events, comedy shows, breakfast events, and other special activities are included in these events. Events on a seasonal basis are also organized by the service center to provide recreational facilities to community members.

Classes

Provisions for indoor classes on various events are made by the Arcadia community service center. Exercise classes for children, youth, and adults are held at the community center, facilitated by expert professionals.

Youth Programs

Programs tailored for community youth are designed, including after-school events, night-out activities, youth sports, and camping. The aim of these programs is to involve youth in healthy activities.

Teen Programs

Homeless Services by Arcadia Community Service Center

The diligent efforts of the community service center are directed towards serving the homeless population of the Arcadia community. Various programs have been devised by the center to address the issue of homelessness. The strategies employed by the service center include training first responders, bolstering the centralized entry system, promoting emergency shelter services, and fostering coordination with other municipalities.

Tiny Shelter Project

This project is implemented to tackle the problem of homelessness. Within this initiative, small-sized shelters with beds are provided to homeless individuals.

Outreach Programs

Various outreach programs are organized by the community service center to reach out to homeless individuals and encourage them to avail themselves of shelter facilities. The objective of the program is to reduce homelessness, substance abuse, street crimes, etc.
