How to Pay Insurance Payment
To make insurance payments, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Pay Bills "Insurance" through Aviva.
2. Select "Individual Life/Health Insurance."
3. Choose the relevant "Policy No."
4. Enter the required information, including "Policy No.," "Premium Amount," and "Contact No."
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process accordingly.
Payment Via Postal Mail
Customers can opt to mail a bank check to the registered mailing address for insurance payments. Include the cheque along with the premium notice. Ensure that the cheque is crossed to "Aviva Ltd" and provide policy number(s), client reference number, and contact number on the back of the cheque.
