Copeland Soldier Service Center

Copeland Soldier Service Center, also known as the Welcome Center, serves as the primary checkpoint for all newly assigned soldiers. It functions as the initial point of contact for incoming army personnel, where they are required to sign up or sign in before proceeding to the reception department. Submission of specific personal documents is mandatory at the reception.

All army personnel must wear the Army Combat Uniform (ACU) during duty hours. After duty hours, personnel can visit the center in civilian attire, but they need to provide specific documents, including orders (5 copies), military personnel file, leave form, and medical and dental records. The required documents are as follows:

• Copy of DA Form 31 (leave request)
• Assignment Orders with any amendments
• Military Identification Card
• Military Personnel records
• Health and Dental records
