Orders

Tire Center and have them delivered within 5-10 business days to the selected warehouse. The center provides chargeable installation services. Please note that orders from
Alaska and Hawaii may take 10 - 20 business days for delivery.

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order immediately, customers need to stop the order at the warehouse once it arrives to obtain a

Exchange
The center does not provide exchange support for online orders; customers are required to cancel the order.
Installation
Costco only installs tires completely in accordance with
Authorized Tire Fitments. Customers are requested to check the size properly before ordering.
Warranty
Costco provides Road Hazard warranty assistance for passenger, performance, and light truck tires for a period of 5 years if ordered from
Costco Wholesale.
