Services: Dow Retiree Service Center is a service hub for the assistance of Dow Chemical employees and retirees. The service hub is supervised by the Dow Chemical Human Resources department. The service center manages retiree accounts, benefits and pensions. The services and programs managed by the Dow Retiree Service Center include:

• Medical Plans: Dow Chemical Company provides two healthcare plans for the retirees including Aetna MAP Plus option 1 and 2. Moreover, retirees also avail benefits of Cigna Medical and Dental Plans.
• Life Insurance: Retirees avail benefits of life insurance. The service center provides enrollment in Retiree-Paid Optional Life Insurance to all eligible retirees fall under age group of 65. Eligible retirees can get assistance regarding in "preparation of wills/attorneys" and estate resolution.
• Retirement Health Care Assistance Plan (RHCAP): Active employees, who have contributed into RHCAP (Retirement Health Care Assistance Plan), can use its benefits as medical premium payments after getting retired.
• Pension Plans: Retired employees get exclusive benefits of pensions plans offered by the Dow Chemical Company.
• VSP Vision Benefits: The service center issues the VSP Vision benefits and payments to their active and retired employees including frames, lenses, and routine checkups and screening of retinal.
