The Yale University employee service center is dedicated to assisting regular employees and other members of the workforce. Queries related to employee funds, life events, pay and time, and policies are responded to by the service center. The services and benefits offered by the employee service center include the following:
- Supporting applicants and new hires
- Responding to I-9 Center questions and inquiries
- Supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) inquiries
- Providing referrals for employment verification
- Offering guidance on changing personal information
- Supporting New Hire Orientation/Onboarding
- Providing Retiree counseling
- Supporting Annual and Open Enrollment
