How to Change Address for District Employees?
The steps shown below has to be followed to change the address if the employee does not have a child enrolled in Goose Creek.
- Login into the Eduphoria through the myGC Portal to open an external link in new window.
- The second step is to Click on the Eduphoria then Select Formspace.
- At the bottom left corner Click on the Submit New Form.
- Click on Human Resources.
- In this step click on Employee Address Change Form.
- At last Complete the form and then Submit the Form.
Note: Please note that the employees whose child is enrolled in
Goose Creek CISD must have to change the address at the student campus and have proof of residency.

Students registration
Students New to Goose Creek CISDThe new students have to register online on the Student Registration and needs to upload the required documents like:
- Birth certificate.
- Parent identification like (TDL, ID, or Passport).
- Social Security Card if available.
- Immunization record that must be current for the Pre-K.
- Proof of the residency like current water, gas, electric bill, or simply lease agreement.
