The Hennepin County Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) service center provides various services for drivers and vehicle owners. Hennepin County Human Service Center

The Hennepin County Human Service Center offers various services for people's welfare and citizens in need. The main services provided by the Human Service Center include the following:

Financial Assistance


Financial aid is provided to low-income families and groups to cover daily expenses, rent, and utility bills.

Housing and Shelter


Shelter homes are offered, and assistance is provided to pay house rent, especially to homeless people and citizens with low incomes.

Intervention:


The dedicated service center provides interventions for child protection, domestic abuse, and other services. It also provides intervention for mental illness, chemical dependency, or developmental disabilities.

Support for Families


Insurance assistance for adults, seniors, disabled persons, foster care, and adoption care services is available.

Employment


Job assistance is offered to unemployed individuals.

Licenses, Certificates and Permits by Hennepin County Service Centers

Birth Certificates


The community service center offers birth certificates to clients. Registration of birth and issuance of certificates are facilitated.

Death Certificate

The center also registers and issues death certificates.

Marriage Certificates


Marriage certificates are provided to newly wedded couples.
