Requirements
The requirements to join the Pathway to START Program are
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 18 Years or Above in Age
  • Must be regular and pass 8-week training sessions with 85% or above
  • Driving License of the Residing state with clean record and insurable
  • Must report training location and service center easily throughout the program
  • Ready to Attend 8 Weeks program and must be willing to relocate if necessary for additional training.
In addition, with the above-mentioned requirement criteria candidates must be able to lift up to 60lbs. Must follow the both verbal and written instruction strictly in detail.
It is very necessary for the candidates to work in team and achieve the desired goals. A candidate must follow "Safety First Attitude".
