How to Appeal A Parking Citation

Parking citation appeals are processed in three levels:

• Level 1: The initial level involves a review that takes 21 or 14 days after the notice of the recorded Parking Violation. For information about the recorded appeal, contact at 1-866-453-3603. Additionally, you can review the parking citation online through the Paymycite portal.
• Level 2: In the second level, you may be summoned for a hearing, which can be conducted either in person or through a written application in front of the Hearing Examiner. To schedule an administrative hearing, get in touch at 1-866-453-3603.
• Level 3: If you disagree with the Hearing Examiner's decision, you can appeal to the local court within a month. Filing your case at the local court requires a fee.
