The MassHR Employee Service Center (ESC) functions as a shared service center providing HR and employment services. Human resource management services and other facilities are provided by the service center. Numerous programs and services for employee welfare are operated by the service center.

Employee Self-Service

The employee self-service portal serves as a virtual center providing access to multiple amenities. State employees can utilize the self-service portal to enter time, view paystubs, update personal information, and create accounts. Additionally, the portal facilitates access to e-Forms for updating personal information and benefit programs. The service center also offers access to agencies supporting employee benefits.

Payroll and Compensation

The employee service center allows for the application of payroll and other compensation. It also enables staff members to file claims for various benefits.
