The metropolitan service center offers multiple social and family services for citizens. The service center is responsible to deliver welfare services for women, children, and senior adults. The programs are devised to help the overall development of an individual. The service center also offers family support services. The programs operated by the center include the following:
- Education Program: The multi-service center has devised education programs that are aimed to help academic achievement and social and emotional development among children, youth and families. The program includes assistance for early education, community schools, parent support and school based services.
- Economic Support: This support program includes assistance to low income families to improve work, lifestyle and finances. Training and counseling are provided to find suitable jobs and find sustainable income resources.
- Emotional Wellbeing: Under this program children, adults and seniors receive counseling and supportive care for balanced emotional wellbeing. Services are presented for psychiatric evaluation, case management and crisis intervention. Mental health services are also produced by the service center.
- Empowerment: The service center offers legal aid services to address issues like domestic violence, family and elder law, and housing and consumer issues.
